What areas do you serve?
Ridge Home Care offers at-home services for clients in New Haven, Hartford, and Litchfield.
What does your admission process look like?
We invite you to contact our team to learn more about the services available for your loved one at Ridge Home Care. If you’d like to proceed with care, we will send you an application and schedule an in-home introductory meeting with one of our service providers.
Can your service providers manage medications?
Staff members of Ridge Home Care offer non-medical services only. While they can remind clients to take their medication, management is typically handled by a registered nurse or home health aide.
Do you accept insurance?
Currently, we do not take insurance outside of Long Term Care insurance.
