These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Ridge Home Care SMS service and website. By opting into our SMS program, you agree to these terms.
1. Program Description
Ridge Home Care provides updates, scheduling reminders, service notifications, and administrative communications regarding home care services to clients and prospective clients who have opted in to receive messages.
2. Cancellation (Opt-Out)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to our number or short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
If you want to join again, simply sign up as you did the first time, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
3. Support and Help
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or contact us directly by emailing info@ridgehc.com.
4. Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services. If you have any questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
6. Privacy
We value your privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
